Job Description

 

We are looking for new Instructors to join us in helping meet demand as our company enters its next phase of growth. You’ll start by shadowing one of our Lead Instructors to gain an understanding of our unique teaching style.  Next, you’ll be invited to lecture alongside one of our Lead Instructors gaining hands-on experience lecturing as some of the world’s premiere companies and business schools.  You’ll quickly become an expert in topics such as: Applied Business Statistics & Probability, Excel Analytics, Data Storytelling and more! And as part of our commitment to your own personal development, you will receive extensive training and support on our curriculums making you an expert in a number of highly sought-after skills.


As an Instructor you will gain an in-depth knowledge on how to translate business problems in to necessary technical requirements to surface data-driven business recommendations. While doing so, you will materially improve you public speaking skills and confidence around data and analytics. 


The preferred skills for those applying for this role include a background in consulting / investment banking and data analytics, although neither is a requirement.  The delivery schedule for our courses will be virtual for the foreseeable future and based primarily in and around London when physical deliveries become appropriate. We are happy to be flexible around school and work schedules, although a minimum commitment is required. We are also offering a competitive day rate and if there’s a good fit, there is potential to move into a full-time role.


Preferred Relevant Experience

  • Bachelor's degree and strong academic record; advanced graduate degree (e.g., Quantitative Masters, MBA, PhD, etc.) preferred.
  • Familiarity with data analytics methodologies and tools including but not limited to: basic statistics and probability (t-tests, confidence intervals, etc.), Machine Learning (Supervised and Unsupervised Learning), SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, Alteryx, ChatGPT, etc.
  • Previous experience with client-facing interactions in a consulting and/or investment banking role
  • Previous experience as a teaching assistant and general comfort with public speaking engagements a plus
  • Previous experience in Education Management or EdTech is a plus
